SÃO PAULO, Brazil -- The seventh staging of ExpoVending & OCS is set for Aug. 5 and 6, 2009, at the Espaço APAS Convention Center in this historic city.

Sponsored by ABVA, Brazil's vending machine association, and administered by EPS Event Planning Solutions, the show has been growing rapidly in recent years. It is supported by the National Automatic Merchandising Association, the European Vending Association and other major trade organizations.

"The Latin American vending industry is getting bigger every year," ABVA reported. In Brazil alone, more than 50,000 vending machines generate annual revenue of $150 million, and the potential for growth is tremendous.

ExpoVending & OCS is expected to bring together more than 500 industry leaders for two days of education, networking and idea exchange. Some 30 exhibitors are planning to showcase more than 70 brands.

Its members include operators, manufacturers, importers and distributors of equipment and accessories, as well as service providers and suppliers of products and ingredients.
