LAS VEGAS -- MEI is organizing an operator panel session at the National Automatic Merchandising Association's upcoming OneShow here. It's set for Thursday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in room No. 201 at the Sands Expo Center.

The scheduled panelists are David Sours, Coca-Cola Bottling Co. United (Birmingham, AL); Stu Riemann, D&R Star Vending (Rochester, MN); and Scott Meskin, Black Tie Services (Baltimore). The session will be moderated by MEI's Cliff Fisher.

MEI reports that Coca-Cola Bottling Co. United has brought 7,000 machines online, and is on its way to deploying 22,000 more. | SEE STORY

Black Tie has paved the way for telemetry by implementing forecasting and prekitting with a pick-to-light system.

D&R has been working with forecasting and prekitting for years, and is now poised to achieve greater efficiencies with real-time collection of DEX data.

Seating is limited, so operators wishing to attend are encouraged to register promptly for the event. This may be done at meivending.com.
