DORAL, FL -- Now available from Jofemar USA is the Vision E-S Plus satellite machine, which transcends the space limitations of most traditional glassfront venders. The E-S Plus, which stands for "extra space," accommodates larger-than-usual products of virtually all shapes. Up to two satellite cabinets can be controlled by a single full-featured Vision multiproduct vending machine.

The distinguishing feature of the new satellite vender is a large elevator that spans the width of the machine (31.5") and transports such products as a loaf of bread or half-gallon container of milk. It could also story and dispense tools, electronic gadgets, laundry detergent and shoes, among many other items. The elevator's 12V. motor can handle up to 50 lbs.

An optional cooling unit and health meter are available to maintain the integrity of refrigerated products.

Jofemar explained that the Vision E-S Plus was conceived as an inventory-control system to distribute tools in Chile's mining industry. The National Automatic Merchandising Association's OneShow in late April marked its industrywide rollout for broader application.

Jofemar USA is the American unit of the internationally recognized vending machine manufacturer of the same name from Peralta, Spain, which marks 40 years in business this year. It's had a presence in the U.S. vending industry for a decade.
