Crystal Rock Names New Managers, Opens Training Center

WATERTOWN, CT -- Crystal Rock LLC, a provider of pure water, coffee service and office supplies to businesses and homes throughout the Northeast, has hired or promoted several managers.

Tom Tracy advances to recruitment and sales development manager. He will lead all sales training and development programs for sales team members.

Chris Mitchell has joins Crystal Rock as director of marketing. He has more than 15 years of marketing experience in consumer packaged goods.

Randy Blosio is named director of customer care. He will handle sales and service issues for commercial and residential customers in Crystal Rock's call center.

Frank Strange has been hired as commercial sales manager for western New York, and Frank Finik and Chris MacNeil have been promoted to commercial sales manager posts for Connecticut and other parts New England.

Separately, Crystal Rock announced the opening of a new training facility in Watertown, CT. It is equipped with a classroom and product showroom. Tom Tracy will run the Crystal Rock Learning & Development Center at this facility.

Crystal Rock bottles and distributes water in three- and five-gallon bottles under the Vermont Pure and Crystal Rock labels in New England, New York and New Jersey. The company markets its private-label coffee under the Cool Beans brand.
