SPRINGFIELD, PA -- Some 400 job seekers flocked to the site of a recently rebuilt Chuck E. Cheese's store here on Sept. 26.

Applications were available at a trailer across the street from the construction site. Applicants lined up for hours hoping to be hired, according to The Patch, a local news website. | SEE STORY

Management said it expects to fill some 35 to 100 jobs, mostly part-time positions, to staff the store.

The original CEC venue at the same address was demolished last May; the reconstructed pizza restaurant and arcade is slated to reopen on Nov. 5.
