Apriva Launches Web-Based Customer Support Portal

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- Apriva Customer Education (ACE) enables customers to find information regarding payment terminals, network security, software and other topics that affect the performance its wireless payment solutions. The new Web-based service also allows users to connect with a company agent via live chat to receive real-time assistance, seven days a week.

Customers access ACE online from their Apriva BackOffice accounts. Features include the ability to receive instant updates when articles are added to Apriva's knowledgebase, and when they are amended. Users can also review their personal histories of interactions with the knowledgebase. A feedback loop shares personal experiences with specific information.

Apriva Vend is an end-to-end cashless vending service that combines hardware, software, network connectivity, payment-processing services and back-office tools. It is delivered to operators as a monthly service through various merchant acquirers.
