CHARLESTON, SC -- The South Carolina Vending Association reports that the deadline for registering at the Francis Marion Hotel here has been extended to Wednesday, Jan. 5. The storied hotel is the site of the 23rd annual SCVA Winter Conference, which is set for Jan. 20 through 23, 2011.
Operators wishing to make room reservations can do so online at the hotel's website or by calling (877) 756-2121. To obtain the association's special conference room rate, the caller should reference the group code "SCVA." Prospective conference participants are urged to register as soon as possible.
Those who have not yet registered for the 2011 Winter Conference may download a registration form here. When filled out, it may be returned to SCVA headquarters by faxing (704) 896-3653 or mailing to SCVA, 201 Chambers St., Davidson, NC 28036.
