TAUNTON, MA -- MooBella Inc. has named Pinnacle Food Sales & Marketing (Burlington, MA) the exclusive foodservice broker for its novel hard-scoop ice cream system in the New England region.
The MooBella Ice Creamery is a self-service dispenser for individually customized servings of ice cream. Patrons use a touchscreen interface to select an ice cream variety (e.g., Premium or Light), any of 12 flavors (ranging from black raspberry through cake batter) and three mix-ins, such as chocolate chips. A total of 96 combinations is offered, and the finished delicacy is delivered in 40 seconds. The Ice Creamery is space-efficient, about the size of a household refrigerator, and occupies just 10 sq.ft. of floorspace.
Pinnacle Food Sales & Marketing serves all segments of the foodservice industry in New England, offering creative strategies for customer support. Its primary operating units are frozen, refrigerated and dry foods. Pinnacle's extensive client base includes universities, corporate and hospital cafeterias and quick-serve restaurants, high-traffic operations for which the MooBella Ice Creamery was developed.
