LONDON -- September 14 -- The countdown to EAG International 2013 has begun with organizers and exhibitors determined that the 4th annual event will maintain its position as the industry's inaugural event for the forthcoming year.
On Jan. 22, 2013, London's ExCel will open its doors to the premier event of the European amusement and gaming industry calendar. According to show organaizer Karen Cooke, forward bookings are excellent: "Overall sale of stand space is progressing well with enquiries reflecting the broader base of the show and the additional support of BALPPA members.
"Following decades of tradition, the 2013 show will take place in the third week of January," Cooke noted.
Exhibitors at the show will be supported by a comprehensive marketing and advertising campaign, employing direct mail, social media and extensive promotional coverage from over 40 supporting publications, associations and newswires. There has been an increase in the number of overseas publications electing to become media supporters, reflecting EAG International Expo's increasing international appeal.
Cooke also confirmed that the show's popular seminar program will continue to develop as a forum for sharing knowledge and ideas.
"We've listened carefully to both exhibitors and visitors and the sessions will address a number of highly topical issues. The seminars will offer delegates the opportunity to interact with some of the industry's most successful practitioners," she promised.
With a world-class venue, new product launches, great networking opportunities and a now legendary first night party, EAG International Expo 2013 is set to deliver a great start to the year.
