VERNON HILLS, IL -- The maker of Golden Tee Golf and other coin-op videogames is moving this week into a new corporate and manufacturing facility in Vernon Hills, IL.
Incredible Technologies' eight mile move from 3333 N. Kennicott Ave. in Arlington Heights, IL, where it's been for the past 10 years, to 200 Corporate Woods Parkway in Vernon Hills, a northern suburb of Chicago, more than doubles the company's facility size. The new 82,000-sq.ft. building provides the manufacturer with additional capacity needed for both its long-established amusement business and new gaming machine division. "Emphasis has been placed on manufacturing capabilities to better meet demands in both arenas," IT said.

According to the company, office space has been designed to optimize creativity and teamwork. The IT complex also boasts a spacious showroom and conference area for guests and clients.
The move is scheduled to begin on Friday, Oct. 19, and will continue through the week of Oct. 22. An IT spokesman said careful plans have been made to minimize disruptions in service, but he warns that customers should prepare for some downtime during the transition. Outward-facing servers, including ITNet and all IT websites, are scheduled to be moved on Monday, Oct. 22, beginning at 7 a.m., and will be offline for about 8 hours.
Regular telephone service should remain uninterrupted as the switch is made to a new system, but phone lines for customer service and shipping may be limited as equipment and personnel are relocated, the spokesman added. Business phone and fax numbers, as well individual employee extensions, will remain unchanged, but the new phone system will offer new department extensions that are easier to navigate.
Up-to-date scheduling notices will appear on itsgames.com and goldentee.com as the moving date approaches.
