LOUISVILLE, KY -- Grindmaster-Cecilware Corp. has promoted Nestor Ibrahim to chief executive. He succeeds Michael G. Tinsley, who is leaving the company.

Ibrahim was recruited by Tinsley to help consolidate the former Grindmaster and Cecilware businesses, which merged in 2009. Tinsley was named chief executive in June 2011.

The company, which is owned and managed by BNY Mezzanine Partners LP, makes beverage-dispensing equipment.

Prior to joining the company, Ibrahim was president of Middleby Corp.'s Southbend and Star Manufacturing divisions.
