CHICAGO -- PepsiCo has appointed Brett O'Brien senior vice-president and general manager of Gatorade. He will oversee the Chicago-based sports drink throughout North America.
O'Brien, a 12-year veteran of the Purchase, NY-based food and beverage giant, previously served as vice-president of marketing for the company's Mountain Dew, Flavors and Amp Energy businesses.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, he spent four years with Advantage International Sports Marketing, now Octagon Sports.
