WAKE FOREST, NC -- Loss Prevention Results founder and president Mark Manney reports that LPR is celebrating its liaison with flexible packaging giant Ampac with a special offer to operators purchasing Ampac tamper-evident bags through LPR.

Ampac Packaging LLC (Cincinnati) is an international leader in flexible packaging. Its security division offers a wide range of tamper-evident cash bags, including the Tracer lines of currency, deposit and cash control bags. The company has eight manufacturing facilities in the United States, three in Western Europe and four in Asia; Manney noted that its tamper-evident moneyroom cash and coin tamper-evident bags are used by vending operations all over the world.

"Ampac offers a wider variety of tamper-evident bags than any other manufacturer," he said. The company also offers a new, smaller coin bag -- 25 lbs. rather than 50 -- that he expects to find immediate favor for obvious reasons, given the strain that lifting a 50-lb. bag puts on the backs of people in the counting room.

For a limited time, operators ordering Ampac bags through LPR can enjoy substantial savings, Manney said. Moreover, those who order a trial case of cafeteria deposit bags or individual register/cashier bags (both tamper-evident) will qualify for a free telephone consultation with Manney, and will receive a free LPR Cafeteria Loss Prevention Program by email.

Custom vending attendant collection bags can be produced with barcode imprints for integration into a DEX audit procedure, Manney points. Among other benefits, this eliminates missing collections and cash shortages.

Manney believes that the Ampac security bag line will have a very positive impact on the vending industry by offering an economical solution to a moneyroom necessity; providing a cash chain-of-custody medium which, imprinted with barcodes and combined with DEX, can revolutionize cash control in remote attended locations; and furnishing the means for implementing an equally revolutionary cash control system in manual foodservice operations, from industrial cafeterias to white-collar dining rooms, when used in conjunction with the register and the safe.

Ampac's various lines are enumerated on its website, ampaconline.com. Information on the Loss Prevention Results promotion may be had by emailing to mmanney@nc.rr.com. LPR is online at losspreventionresults.com.
