ARLINGTON, VA -- The Tri-State Automatic Merchandising Council is requesting nominations to fill positions on its board of directors. The association, a state council of the National Automatic Merchandising Association, represents the industry in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Operators and suppliers who wish to be considered are required to email a short bio to Pam Gilbert at the NAMA Eastern Office that will be distributed to the nominating committee. Terms will begin on June 16, 2011. Operator member terms are three years; supplier member terms are one year.
Nominees must be associated with companies that are current members of both the National Automatic Merchandising Association and the Tri-State council. Directors are expected to attend four to six meetings per year, and are responsible for their own expenses to attend. The current board of directors will have final approval of all nominations.
The board will be elected by written ballot at Tri-State's annual meeting in Atlantic City on June 16.
