LONDON -- September 14 -- Online registration for EAG International 2013 will go live on Oct. 1. Since its launch in 2009, the European Amusement and Gaming International Expo has grown to become a main event for leisure and amusement industry professionals seeking to view the latest products from more than 150 manufacturers while collaborating in networking and social events.
The 4th annual show is set for the ExCel London exhibition and conference center here from Jan. 22 through 24.
According to organizer Karen Cooke, EAG International Expo will deliver the best possible start to the 2013 season: "The previous event attracted more than five thousand visitors from 61 countries and its popularity continues to grow.
"We've just redesigned our website to help exhibitors, trade associations and visitors access information about the show and to make the most of this exciting event. We've also deployed significant resources to ensure that the online registration process is as straightforward and as quick as possible," revealed Cooke.
Those registering early online for EAG International 2013 will benefit from a speedy entrance into the exhibition; particularly important on the first day. They will subsequently receive additional information bulletins about special offers and events in the run up to the show. Information gathered during the registration process also helps organisers to tailor facilities and events to enhance the overall visitor experience.
Karen Cooke sees online registration as an important first step in the EAG International Expo 2013 visitor experience: "Early online registration benefits both visitors and organizers. As host city for the 2012 Olympics, the world's focus has been on London and the Docklands and Olympic Village area in particular. The investment in shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities has made this part of London extremely popular. We would advise visitors to register early and to plan and book their travel and accommodation at the same time. Our website has excellent links which will simplify this process. It's important to us that a visit to EAG International Expo is as productive and stress-free as possible and early online registration plays an important part in this," she explained.
