MONTEBELLO, CA -- The popular Wilbur Curtis Gemini gourmet coffee system is now available with an updated, narrow satellite server designed to reduce required counterspace for placement.

The narrow servers are half the size of traditional 9" x 9" satellite units, allowing the operator the option of brewing two separate flavors, saving time and space.

Each satellite holds up to 1.5 gals. and is removable to become its own remote serving station. Double-wall construction maintains coffee temperature and preserves flavor for extended holding periods.

The Gemini features a Curtis G3 digital control module for precision brewing. An easy-to-use interface displays all brewing functions in real time for immediate response. Onboard self-diagnostics continually sense proper brewing operations, and a service phone number and a specific error code are displayed in the event technical assistance is needed.
