2003 Jukebox License Fees Increase 2%

NASHVILLE (Posted December 23) - The Jukebox License Office has released its jukebox license fees for 2003. The following fees are 2.026% higher than those of 2002, an adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index Bureau of Labor Statistics. Here are the rates: the cost to license the first jukebox is $364; the standard rate for the second jukebox and beyond is $83 per jukebox; and the discounted AMOA Member Rate for the second jukebox and beyond is $61.00 per jukebox. The JLO, which administers the Jukebox License Agreement, will mail renewal materials with the new rate schedule to all jukebox operators who licensed in 2002.
