EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ -- Tracy Sarris has advanced to the post of chief marketing officer at the Alpha-Omega Group, according to an announcement by president and chief executive Frank Seninsky. She had been director of marketing and communications.
In her new position, Sarris will be responsible for developing promotional strategies and plans for Alpha-Omega Amusements & Sales, as well as Amusement Entertainment Management LLC. She will coordinate public relations, media, promotions and advertising across channels to targeted audiences. She also will be responsible for strategic planning and development, branding, market research, customer service and sales management.
Since joining Alpha-Omega Group in 2010, Sarris has led Alpha's and AEM's marketing programs and educational endeavors, maintained the design and distribution of The Redemption Report, created new print and e-publications, written for various trade publications, marketed exclusive distributor partnerships and expanded the overall communication efforts for the companies.
Alpha-Omega is a certified distributor for most game manufacturers, offering new and fully reconditioned amusement games and attractions, including redemption, merchandising, video and novelty pieces. Its staff of 25 aids clients in choosing equipment, provides immediate support and service, and offers consulting services like conceptual design and layout. Its popular programs include financing solutions, sales agreements with extended warranties and weekly analysis for five years, and guaranteed trade-ins.
Amusement Entertainment Management offers a full range of consulting services, including early-stage feasibility analysis, business plan development, funding assistance, and conceptual design and layout services.
