KHABAROVSK, Russia -- PrimeTime Amusements is teaming up again with Xtreme Indoor Carting in an international family entertainment center venture. The two companies are constructing a 60,000-sq.ft. facility in Khabarovsk, Russia, which is slated to open on Nov. 1. It's the second such enterprise for PrimeTime and Xtreme; the first, in Angola, is in the final phase of construction.

The $4 million Khabarovsk project, modeled after the flagship Xtreme FEC in Fort Lauderdale, will occupy a new freestanding building in the city. PrimeTime and Xtreme have been joined by Bowman Arrow manufacturer Bowman Leisure Karts Ltd., TecPro Barriers developer Technic Protection Corp. and Sacoa Entertainment, which produces the PlayCard sales system.

The new Khabarovsk complex will house an indoor track more than a quarter of a mile long, an interactive arcade, a laser tag arena, a full liquor bar and restaurant and multiple party and conference rooms to accommodate social and business events. Khabarovsk, with a population of about 600,000 is the second-largest city in the Russian Far East (the largest, Vladivostok, is some 500 miles to the south).

"Domestic partnerships and international expansion are key to our growth as a company," said PrimeTime Amusements founder and chief executive David Goldfarb.

Xtreme Indoor Karting opened its 90,000-sq.ft. center in Fort Lauderdale in 2006. It features a half-mile asphalt track -- one of the longest and fastest in Florida -- and more than 100 interactive video arcade games, an 18-hole indoor mini-golf course, miniature bowling lanes, a café, the Xtreme pro shop and six conference and party rooms.

PrimeTime Amusements is a global operator and provider of video arcade machines and simulators. Founded in 1992, the company not only sells and rents equipment, but also offers turnkey arcade consulting, planning, installation and operations solutions to thousands of entrepreneurs and other facility owners. PrimeTime Amusements specializes in new and refurbished high-end equipment, as well as classic arcade games.
