MALVERN, PA -- MEI Inc. reports that Raw Thrills has extend its multiyear agreement under which the arcade videogame developer will specify MEI as its preferred payment systems provider. Their agreement was renewed for three years.
"Our whole business depends on our games accepting the player’s money," said Raw Thrills' Eugene Jarvis. "The partnership we have established goes beyond just shipping arcade games and bill validators. Both companies have the consumer experience in mind, which is why this renewed agreement was an easy decision for us. Our goals include providing the consumer the best experience possible from the time of payment through 'game over.'"
MEI national amusement OEM manager Chris Felix added, "This decision demonstrates that the value and performance of the MEI product has more than delivered outstanding results for Raw Thrills and the amusement operator over the past three years."
Banknote validators in MEI's Cashflow AE series are its most popular in the amusement sector. The series offers three base bill models -- the AE2400, AE2600 and AE2800 -- which can validate notes between $1 and $100, and support up- and down-stacker configurations. MEI has sold more than three million Cashflow products.
