STOUGHTON, MA -- Next Generation Vending LLC announced that it has acquired certain assets of Zappia Vending Service Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Zappia Vending Service Inc., established more than 60 years ago, has provided vending services to customers in the Rochester, NY, area from its base in nearby Newark, NY. Next Generation will fold this business into its operations in upstate New York.
Next Generation provides vending and office refreshment services to more than 8,500 customers throughout the Northeast, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, upstate New York and northern Pennsylvania.
The regional vending giant was acquired Miami-based private-equity investment firm H.I.G. Capital LLC in August. | SEE STORY
