MALVERN, PA -- USA Technologies Inc. is rolling out its loyalty and prepaid program, called MORE. It's offered as an enhancement to the company's ePort Connect service.
Operators who use MORE can offer rewards and discounts for products purchased at their cashless-enabled locations to build loyalty, repeat business and a greater understanding of their consumers' purchasing preferences. They can offer either a standard or customized reloadable card that gives patrons access to rewards, exclusive offers, and promotions and discounts for future purchases at enabled machines.
The MORE toolkit includes everything necessary to get started. Under the standard program, operators receive marketing materials, including initial supply of prepaid cards and promotional posters, postcards and coasters. They also receive access to an online registration portal and a loyalty and prepaid campaign manager through their ePort Connect online reporting interface.
USAT customers can also opt for an upgrade that enables them to customize the Web interface, cards and marketing materials with their company logos and colors.
In addition, USAT's integrated mobile marketing app helps vending operators reach today's growing smartphone-oriented generation.
"MORE has the potential to drive new and repeat business through special incentives, ongoing communications, new product information and cash-back rewards," said Maeve McKenna Duska, USAT's vice-president of marketing. "Owners and operators of self-service, unattended retail terminals can establish a meaningful one-to-one relationship with the consumer, be proactive in drawing consumers in to purchase, and as a result, increase sales and satisfaction with the service."
