MONTGOMERY, AL -- Healthy vending will be in the spotlight at the Alabama Vending Association's legislative day on Wednesday, March 14. Vending industry members will meet at 8:30 a.m. at the State House on the 6th floor, and the event runs until 12:30 p.m.
AVA will set up two snack machines on free vend, merchandised to demonstrate the National Automatic Merchandising Association's Fit Pick program. Legislators will be able to help themselves to an assortment of conventional sweet and salty snacks, alongside those that meet the vending association's healthier guidelines.
