WILLISTON, SC -- Crane Merchandising Systems' Merchant Media and BevMax Media vending machines can now be ordered with integrated MEI VN2700 CashFlow bill validators. According to the manufacturer, the addition of this popular validator gives Crane customers another option for customizing their Media machines to meet their specific needs, while maintaining the integrated look and consumer payment experience that Media offers.
Patrons will see no difference, Crane reported, as the external integrated MEI bezel that mounts onto the VN2700 is an exact replica of the external Currenza bezel. Both bezels maintain the sleek integrated look of Media's user interface panel.
The MEI Media bezel is offered at no additional cost.
"This offering provides a great benefit to the vending operator with a preference for the MEI brand," said CMS product manager Ignacio Santa Cruz.
The modular VN2700 validator is readily adapted for cashless vending and banknote recycling. CMS parent company Crane Co. acquired MEI and merged it with its payment solutions division. The VN2700 option for Media machines is among the benefits of the acquisition, Santa Cruz said.
