CICERO, IL -- Wild Garden has a snack pack that pairs its hummus with ConAgra's Kangaroo-brand multigrain pita chips.
The all-natural garbanzo bean-based dip requires no refrigeration until opened. It is gluten-free, with only 63 calories, 3g. fat and 3g. carbohydrates per serving. The 3.01-oz. combination pack includes an aseptic portion pack of the hummus and separately wrapped pack of pita chips.
"It's a convenient snack that's perfect for schools, airlines, people who are traveling on vacations, hiking or involved in sports," said Mark D. Smith, vice-president of sales for Wild Garden. The hummus packs are served to passengers on nine airlines including United, American and Delta.
