SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- Spindle Inc. is rolling out its MeNetwork360SM application that integrates location-based mobile marketing, secure payment processing, and consumer loyalty and retention functions into a single platform. It will be uveiled at next week's Money2020 (Oct. 6-10) show in Las Vegas. It's set for release later this fall.
The MeNetwork360 platform is comprised of a consumer-facing smartphone and tablet app, and the MeNetworkProSM app that acts as a marketing and mobile payments processing hub.
Merchants using the app can create customized offers, promotions, events and announcements according to time- and location-based parameters. This content can be immediately distributed to MeNetwork's nationwide consumer user base with a click of a mouse, Spindle said.
Merchants can also enroll consumers into self-designed loyalty programs that track progress and deliver rewards directly to the user's mobile device. They can then "close the loop" by facilitating both card-based and stored-value payments via direct interaction between the two apps.
Consumers can download the free app for iOS and Android mobile devices to receive offers and information from area merchants on their phones or tablets. The app provides timely and relevant offers based on the customer's current location and self-reported preferences.
They can also join loyalty programs, redeem rewards, share merchant offers through social media, and pay for products and services using the app's integrated MeNetwork MobileWallet.
