Private-Equity Firm Completes Next Generation Purchase

STOUGHTON, MA -- H.I.G. Capital, a Miami-based private-equity firm, has completed its acquisition of Next Generation Vending and Food Service Inc., one of the nation's largest regional vending company.

Next Generation, headquartered in Stougton, MA, with branches throughout the Northeast, will continue to be led by chief executive officer David Mac Isaac and chief operating officer Joe Rogan. The company's management will continue to retain a "sizeable" equity stake in the business.
