GAITHERSBURG, MD -- Sodexo announced that it has won the bid for a single contract of up to eight years each to provide foodservice at 31 U.S. Marine Corps garrison mess halls in the continental U.S.
The contract period represents up to $926 million in revenues.
More than a third of the dining facilities under contract, located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington, DC, will be serviced through partnership agreements with small, minority, disadvantaged and women-owned businesses, and with organizations that represent the interests of individuals with disabilities.
