MT. LAUREL, NJ -- The Funplex was named Top Family Entertainment Center in North America by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.
The Funplex has two locations in New Jersey (Mount Laurel and East Hanover), making it the Garden State's largest indoor and outdoor family entertainment center hosting more than one million guests annually. Together, the centers accommodate more than 100,000 children during birthday parties each year and 70,000 guests through corporate and other group events.
The Funplex attractions include MagiQuest, Foam Frenzy, electric go-karts, Lazer Runner, bumper cars and 4D motion theatre, along with rides, bowling, outdoor pools, miniature golf, bumper boats and state-of-the-art arcade, among other pursuits.
Owner Randal Lahn said his company's goal has always been to create a facility that was fun, safe and profitable.

The facilities considered for the award are judged on a variety of criteria.
