CHICAGO -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association has hired Lindsey Nelson to fill the newly created post of executive director of development and the NAMA Foundation. She was previously campaign director of NAMA's Positioning for Growth fundraising program on a consultancy basis, retained through Chicago-based Association Development Solutions.
At ADS, Nelson also served as fundraising counsel for several other trade associations. Prior to ADS, she was an account operations manager at Association Management Center (Glenview, IL).
The NAMA Foundation was established in 1982 for charitable, educational and scientific purposes and to provide public information about the vending industry.
