PFLUGERVILLE, TX -- Accent Food Services, based here, has acquired Nevada's Reno Snax, representing its first move outside of its core market. This is Accent's fifth acquisition within the past year.
Accent Food Services, which provides vending, micromarket and office coffee services, said Reno Snax will serve as an anchor for its expansion outside of Texas.
"We are very excited to take our first step outside of our core market and Reno identifies very well with our growth strategy," said Accent Food Services chief executive Josh Rosenberg. "We will continue to deploy our three-pillar strategy for growth by accelerating acquisitions, recruiting new customers, and focused same store sales improvement."
The acquisition was led by Accent Food Services director of business integration Ray Leydecker. "I've been very impressed by this operation and see a great fit for how we want to operate," he said. "The management team is very strong and well positioned to lead."
Boston-based Audax Private Equity said in December that it will acquire Accent Food Services from Silver Oak Services Partners. | READ MORE
