BRUSSELS -- The European Vending Association has begun evaluating entries in its first Image of Vending award competition. Designed to recognize innovations that have enhanced the public perception of the vending industry, the award will be presented during EVA's upcoming EurOps conference in Estoril, Portugal, on April 15. | SEE STORY
The jury empaneled to judge the entries comprises 12 experts, members of EVA's national association members, chosen from various segments of the industry. They are Roger Williams, Coin-a-drink (United Kingdom); Cyril Raffy, Darea (France); José Bruna, Nestlé (Switzerland); Massimo Daolio, Flo (Italy); Johann Wieland, N&W (Austria); Javier Arquerons from Alliance Vending (Spain); Chris Decroix, Peak Communications (Belgium); Amanda Roberts, Auto Vending (UK); Valérie Michollet, Sielaff (Germany); Dina Soliman, Selecta (Switzerland); Anna Livermore, MEI Group (UK); and Carlo Majer, Rheavendors (Italy).
EVA reports that it is extremely gratified by the enthusiastic response it has received from manufacturer and supplier companies.

The European Vending Association represents the vending industry before the European Institutions and other authorities in the European Union. Its members include 21 national vending associations as well as vending operators, manufacturers, and suppliers, and other organizations with similar interests and concerns.
