CLIFTON PARK, NY -- Prestige Services Inc., headquartered here, has acquired Harrison Vending, based in Hoosick Falls, NY, from the Harrison family.
Ric Ferrannini, a route supervisor who was employed by Harrison Vending for nearly three decades, and two drivers have joined Prestige Services.
Headquartered in Clifton Park, just outside New York's state capital, Prestige Services was founded in 1996 by J.E. (Eddie) Hicks. With nine vending routes, it serves customers in 13 counties in eastern and upstate New York, and in Vermont's Rutland County. The company has diversified over the years to provide vending, office coffee service, contract foodservice, school foodservice and elderly meal programs. It also owns four Subway restaurant franchises.

Mike Esposito, Prestige's division manager of vending and office coffee services, said the purchase of Harrison Vending will allow the company to expand further into New York and Vermont and into western Massachusetts.
