MESA, AZ -- Pyramid Technologies plans to present a technicians' training seminar at the 2010 Wisconsin Amusement and Music Operators conference and trade show. The event is set for the Country Springs Hotel in Waukesha on June 23 and 24.
The Pyramid seminar will be conducted on both days, as part of the conference's extensive educational program. Gary Thompson, manager of technical support for Pyramid, will provide both group and one-on-one training for operators and technicians.
"This is a great opportunity to meet the people who work with our products day in and day out." stated Thompson. "It enables us to highlight the advantages and ease of use of the Pyramid products as well as receive feedback from the technicians."
This feedback, he explained, "is used to continually improve our product as well as our customer support department, so that we continue to be the supplier of choice for the operator."
