WATERBURY, VT -- Keurig Inc. and Jarden Consumer Solutions have agreed to expand the Mr. Coffee single-cup coffeemaker line to include brewers that feature reservoirs to quickly prepare multiple cups of coffee. This is an addition to the existing single-cup offering of Mr. Coffee coffeemakers that feature Keurig's patented single-cup brewing technology and use its K-Cup portion packs.
Jarden Consumer Solutions said it intends to commercialize the expanded range of coffeemakers alongside its current brewers in the U.S. and Canada. Other terms and conditions of the development agreement were not disclosed.
