OAKVILLE, ON, Canada -- Reunion Island Coffee has expanded its offerings with the addition of specialty loose-leaf teas that OCS operators can market to foodservice locations.
The "super premium" Benchmark-branded lineup includes traditional teas like English Breakfast and Earl Grey, along with more unique tastes like Jasmine Pearl, Lemon Oolong and Sweet Hibiscus. Reunion Island director of coffee Adam Pesce developed the line to deliver premium quality teas that serve both daily tea drinkers and occasional consumers.
"Loose leaf is undeniably the best way to drink tea, and we wanted to create a lineup that complemented and matched up with our coffee in terms of quality, consistency, and even the branding," Pesce said.
