LUBBOCK, TX -- A judge ordered Texas Star Refreshments of Lubbock, TX, and its founders to pay Dallas-based Custom Food Group nearly $900,000

Custom Food filed its lawsuit in April 2010 against Texas Star Refreshments and husband-and-wife company founders Rodney and Donna Wilson. The complaint, filed one month after the Wilsons quit, claimed the employees began planning in late 2009 to leave Custom and set up a competing vending machine business with other former Custom employees.
