Plans for the National Bulk Vendors Association's 2012 convention and trade show are in full swing, the organization reports. For starters, the NBVA has secured special trade show rates at the Las Vegas Hilton.
Classic ($109), premium ($119) and resort club ($159) rooms are available. The registration deadline for these rates is Feb. 21. Vendors, suppliers and others can call the Hilton at (888) 892-5822 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The NBVA's main event will collocate with the Amusement Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center, next door to the Hilton, from March 14 to 16 (Wednesday through Friday). NBVA will host its general meeting and social events, and is planning a bulk vending seminar program. A bulk vending exhibit area will be part of the trade show layout.
Amusement Expo is jointly sponsored by the Amusement and Music Operators Association and the American Amusement Machine Association, and has superseded their separate trade shows. The NBVA, which traditionally has held its annual trade show in the spring, collocated that show with Amusement Expo for the first time in 2011, and the success of this initiative has encouraged the three associations to do it again. The show is produced by W.T. Glasgow Inc.
