Florida Awards Community Refreshments With State's Woman-Owned Business Certification

TAMPA, FL -- Community Refreshments Inc., an office coffee service provider here, has been recognized by Florida as a Certified Business Enterprises. This certification is Florida's premier stamp of approval for minority, women, and service-disabled veteran business enterprises.

Community Refreshments owner Marni Frank said she hopes that this certification is unique in her industry and will open up many avenues for her to grow her business in the Tampa Bay OCS market.

Frank's company provides Café Liberty Coffee, Starbucks, Folgers and Green Mountain coffees, as well as Keurig and Tassimo brewing systems, and a wide range of adjunct products. The company also specializes in water filtration systems, and provides breakroom and janitorial supplies.

Separately, Frank announced that Ken Murray has rejoined Community Refreshments as a route driver after working for a local vending company in the Tampa Bay area for several years.
