Canteen Refreshment Services (CRS), a sector of Canteen Vending Services, a Division of Compass Group North America, has the immediate need for a Regional Manager Operations-OCS (Office Coffee Services), National Operations Director-OCS and Senior Client Services Manager-OCS/Dallas. CRS provides world class office coffee and pantry solutions to a wide variety of clientele in all regions of the US. We are seeking experienced and growth minded individuals that can work with multiple job scopes, initiatives and cover a regional/national scope of OCS market development and enhancement. These individuals will provide guidance to improving top line growth with existing accounts and market penetration and growth in existing and new geographical regions.
Qualifications for the Regional Manager Operations-OCS, National Operations Director-OCS and Senior Client Services Manager-OCS/Dallas include, but are not limited to:
• 10+ years of direct management exp. in a successful role of OCS.
• Direct customer service experience.
• Bachelors Degree or greater w/at least 10yrs in progressive mgt. role.
• Direct P/L multi unit management responsibility.
• Proven financial business acumen in OCS.
• Experience managing high volume and multi-site locations
• Understanding of contract and vendor negotiations
• Strong written and verbal skills that can articulate and present to all levels
• Exceptional aptitude in analyzing Proforma, P/L, Budget
• Willing to travel 70% of the time.
