LAVAL, QC, Canada -- A new company here has created a versatile handle that clips onto the lid and lip of a paper hot cup to eliminate the need for an insulating sleeve. Made of recyclable polypropylene material, the novel handle from Snap N’Go Distribution can be reused as many as 40 times.
The handle measures 2.5" in length, and it's lightweight (5g., less than 1/5 oz.) and styled to avoid obstructing the cup graphics. Company cofounder David Vitulano explained that it is usable on most disposable hot cups up to 24 fl.oz. in size. It is 100% manufactured in North America.
Offered in a variety of colors, the handle can be imprinted with the operating company’s name. It is expected to find wide application in any operation in which beverages must be carried in paper hot cups, including coffee carts and catering trucks, concession stands, catered events and convenience stores. The Snap N’Go handle also might find favor as an inexpensive premium that coffee service operators could provide to key client personnel, or as a novel and useful allied product.
Vitulano and his partner are both involved in the vending business. The Canadian entrepreneur said the Snap N'Go clips are now available and ready to ship. He can be reached at (514) 502-7059 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
