NEW YORK CITY -- Sugar Foods Corp. has promoted Jim Walsh to chief operating officer. Walsh will also retain his current title and role of executive vice-president, and his responsibilities for finance, accounting, transportation, distribution and purchasing.
He has been with Sugar Foods in a variety of roles over his 25-year career, participating in every stage of the company’s growth, which led to six manufacturing facilities with more than 1 million square feet of production.
Sugar Foods markets food products, including Sweet'n Low, Sugar In The Raw and Stevia In The Raw sweeteners.
