PHILADELPHIA -- Aramark has appointed of Steve Reynolds executive vice-president, general counsel and secretary.
He will lead a team that supports Aramark's corporate, international and business unit legal matters spanning the company's foodservice, facilities management, and uniform and career apparel divisions.
Reynolds joins Aramark from Alcatel-Lucent, where he was senior vice-president and general counsel. Earlier in his 30-year legal career, Reynolds held the position of vice-president and chief litigation counsel at Sanofi-Aventis, the world's third-largest pharmaceutical company, and spent two decades practicing commercial and corporate law in New York and New Jersey.
