SAN DIEGO, CA -- Christine Simms has joined Javo Beverage Co. as director of marketing.
Simms began her career with Superior Coffee & Foods (Bensenville, IL) in 1991, where she held a succession of positions of increasing responsibility. She became route channel marketing manager after Superior became a division of Sara Lee, and moved over to foodservice in 2004. Developing beverage programs for existing and new customers, Simms advanced to senior manager, customer beverage innovation in 2005.
Javo is a manufacturer and distributor of beverage concentrates for freshly prepared coffees and teas, and of foodservice dispensers for them. It is a portfolio company of Falconhead Capital (New York City).
