Liquid Coffee Inc. Makes Industry Debut, OCS Veteran Stu Kaner Spearheads Effort

ST. AUGUSTINE, FL -- Liquid Coffee Inc. is rolling out its line of shelf-stable coffee and tea concentrates to the OCS and vending industries. The company has distributed its products to the foodservice and hospitality sector for the past 25 years.

The company's shelf-stable liquid coffee concentrate is made through an extraction process that captures the flavor of fresh-brewed coffee, using no chemicals or preservatives. It comes in one- and half-gallon bag-in-box packaging with connectors to fit any dispenser. A variety of blends and private-label programs are available.

LCI carries several dispensers that serve coffee on demand by the cup, pot or gallon using its bag-in-box concentrate. LCI says its liquid coffee systems are well suited for sites ranging from restaurants, hotels and offices to convenience stores, hospitals, car dealerships and cafeterias. The many benefits to using coffee concentrate, according to LCI officials, include its fresh, consistent taste and the elimination of the messy grounds, filters, waste and labor associated with conventional brewing.

"Now is the perfect time for operators to take part in this rapidly growing segment of the industry, and we've developed both the products and necessary sales training tools to help them be successful," said senior sales executive Stuart Kaner.

Kaner, a 25-year industry veteran, recently joined LCI as its senior sales executive. He is in charge of developing and directing all of the sales and marketing programs for the company's shelf-stable bag-in-box concentrates. Kaner joins LCI from CoffeeSmart Inc. where he served as the national sales and marketing manager for its line of bag-in-box dispensers and products.
