BOCA RATON, FL -- Mr. Coffee, a leading coffeemaker brand in the home market, has marked its entry into the single-serve brewer category.
Mr. Coffee Single Serve's debut comes a year after Jarden Corp. and Keurig, signed a licensing and distribution agreement to jointly develop single-cup coffeemakers under Jarden's Mr. Coffee brand, using Keurig's technology. Like all Keurig brewers, the Mr. Coffee machine uses K-Cup portion packs to prepare individual servings of coffee, tea or hot cocoa in less than three minutes at the touch of a button.
Mr. Coffee Single Serve is currently available at Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, JCPenney and Lowe's outlets, and online at amazon.com and mrcoffee.com. It retails for $79.99.
