DINUBA, CA -- Ruiz Food Products Inc. has appointed Rachel Cullen president and chief executive of the manufacturer of frozen Mexican convenience foods. She succeeds Bryce Ruiz who resigned in March.
Cullen joins the company from Dean Foods Ice Cream, and earlier held positions with Unilever, Kraft and Orange Glo International over her 25-year-career.
Ruiz products are widely distributed in vending under the El Monterey brand.
