Komuse Co., UFO Express, LAI Games Rolly Rolly DALLAS -- LAI Games said it has partnered with Komuse Co. Ltd. (Goyang City, Republic of Korea) to launch two games at the 2013 Attractions Expo, which will be held by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions at the Orange County Convention center in Orlando, FL, from No. 19 to 22. Slated for rollout at the show are redemption games UFO Express and Rolly Rolly.

UFO Express is an alien-themed redemption game, engineered to appeal to players of all ages and featuring highly visible styling and graphics. The game provides two player positions on opposite sides of a table equipped with a recessed turntable. Players shoot a puck onto the table, where it falls into a hole marked with a ticket value. The holes with the highest value are designated "minor bonus" holes, and each minor bonus brings a player closer to winning the "major bonus" ticket jackpot. The cabinet is futuristically lit by LEDs and surmounted by a scoreboard with a green alien in a flying saucer on top.

Rolly Rolly is a ball-rolling piece that tests players' timing and skill. As a ball rolls along the gap between a pair of slanted parallel rails, the player attempts to time the opening of the rails correctly to drop the ball into the hole with the highest ticket value. If it's dropped into the Big Win hole, it rolls onto a conveyor belt where even more tickets can be won, including a ticket jackpot. The whimsical graphics, curvilinear cabinet and straightforward game play are designed to appeal to young and old alike.

LAI will be the exclusive distributor of both games in the Americas, Europe, Russia and CIS, and the Middle East. The partnership pairs Komuse's design and development expertise with LAI's experience in bringing games to western markets.

LAI Games chief executive Theo Sanders said, "We're very pleased to be working closely with a developer of Komuse's caliber. Player reactions to both games have been fantastic at test sites, with consistent and strong performance reported by operators."

The new Komuse games will be on display in boot No. 412 at the IAAPA Attractions Show.
