WEST CHESTER, PA -- MEI said it is building an online community open to all users of MEI Easitrax vending management software. The Easitrax support center's primary goal is to connect operators, so they can share their experiences with using vending management software to improve route efficiency and profitability. The site also provides operators with an additional line of communication to MEI.
The secure Web portal allows users to create their own profiles and communicate through direct mail messages and an interactive forum. The forum features discussions on key topics of concern to operators using vending management software, including inventory management, forecasting, pre-kitting, reporting and cash accountability.
Additionally, MEI will provide users ongoing access to resources and tools intended to maximize their investment in vending management software. Operators can also use the portal to exchange information in order to enhance their use of Easitrax features and review resources, including articles, manuals and release notes developed and updated by MEI. They can also upload files too large to email directly to MEI, subscribe to product alerts and download full software, individual files and DEX plug- ins.
