WITNEY, England -- Automatic Vendors Ltd., a new distributorship formed by a management team here, reports that it is off to a strong start in the vending market. Its portfolio of equipment from the world's leading manufacturers is spearheaded by the U-Select-It line, produced by the Wittern Group (Des Moines, IA) in the United States.
Automatic Vendors' leaders collectively possess more than a century of vending industry experience, according to an announcement by USI. They have been responsible for introducing vending equipment into Europe over the past 34 years. The new distributorship backs up the lines it sells with logistical, technical and warranty services, USI said, and is providing parts support.
The company maintains a showroom, training and research and development facilities that will allow it to try out new concepts and to test products for their suitability in vending. This capability enables Automatic Vendors to advise on machine branding and marketing, right through to installation of the first machine.
The flagship USI equipment line includes food, beverage and nonfood machines; ambient-temperature, chilled, refrigerated, frozen and combination models are available. All are designed for ease of operation, service and maintenance, and to minimize power consumption through optimal energy efficiency.
